2022-23 Sports Physicals 

Spectrum Health Pennock in Hastings will be offering physicals by appointment or walk-in for $25. A sports physical is required to participate in middle school and high school athletics at TK. The physical must be uploaded into Final Forms or on file in the TK Athletic Department office.
