TK Varsity Girls placed 6th at the MITCA state meet on Friday 5-27-22.

The girls had outstanding performances in the rain that was on and off all day in Fowlerville.  

Trysta Hilton took 1st in the 300 hurdles running 47.87 for the day.

Brooklyn Harmon PR'd in the long jump and took 2nd overall with a jump of 15'9 1/4".  She also PR'd in the 300 hurdles and took second overall with a time of 48.03..  This was an impressive run as she was seeded 9th and was running from the second fastest heat.  Brooklyn broke the TK Freshman record in 300H set by Cassie Holverday 48.57 set in 2009 by running this time.

Ava Crews and Jessica Durkee ran all 4 distance events (4x800, 1600, 800, and 3200) and PR'd in the 3200, the 4th one of the day running a 12:11.04 and 12:32 respectively and taking 7th and 12th overall.  

Ainsley Oliver PR'd in the 200 by running a 27.91.

TJ Myers PR'd in the pole vault, vaulting 8'3" and taking 4th in the event.
