The TK volleyball team lost a battle in 4 sets to Wayland last night, 19-25, 25-15, 20-25, 20-25. We were in every single set, but we just have to put our serves in play. We gave them 20 points on serving errors alone, and we just can't do that and win games. The girls played hard, but they dug themselves into a hole, and they couldn't get out of it. We kept getting down, we know we play better when we are positive and together and we struggled keeping the momentum up last night. We had great moments, we need to string more of those together. Claudia Wilkinson had 9 kills and 6 aces, while Chloe Teachout added 8 kills. Claudia Lems had 13 assists and Adrienne Duits added 10.
The girls move on to District play. They will play at home Tuesday, November 5.
