Five RBI Day for Mo Sprague Seals the Deal in Thornapple Kellogg Trojans' Victory Over Ottawa Hills
 

Mo Sprague was bad news for opposing pitchers on Tuesday, driving in five on three hits to lead Thornapple Kellogg past Ottawa Hills 45-1 on Tuesday.  Sprague drove in runs on a walk in the first, a walk in the second, a single in the third, and a home run in the third.

Maleah Bailey led things off in the circle for Thornapple Kellogg Trojans . The righthander went one inning, allowing zero runs on zero hits, striking out two and walking zero.

#18 - W. Taylor was on the rubber for Ottawa Hills. The hurler surrendered 38 runs on 15 hits over two innings, striking out one.  #10 - E. Mukolers threw one inning out of the bullpen.

The Trojans smacked two home runs on the day. Sprague went for the long ball in the third inning. Paige VanStee went deep in the first inning.

Tk scattered 17 hits in the game.  Sprague, Natalie O’Riley, Sophie Haveman, Carly Snyder, Ella Palazzolo, Kate Caldwell, and Ebbie Appel all had multiple hits for the Trojans .  Sprague went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead Thornapple Kellogg in hits.  The Trojans  didn't commit a single error in the field. Haveman had the most chances in the field with four.

Mukolers led Ottawa Hills with one hit in one at bats.

Game 2: TK 20 - OH 4

Five RBI Day for Paige VanStee Brings in Win For Thornapple Kellogg Trojans  Over Ottawa Hills
 

Paige VanStee was clutch at the plate with runners on base on Tuesday, driving in five on three hits to lead the Thornapple Kellogg Trojans  past Ottawa Hills 20-4 on Tuesday.  VanStee drove in runs on a home run in the first, a home run in the second, and a home run in the fourth.

Ottawa Hills scored four runs in the second inning, but Thornapple Kellogg Trojans  still managed to pull out the victory.  The big inning for Ottawa Hills came thanks to walks by #18 W. Taylor and #20 A. Hines.

Thornapple Kellogg got on the board in the first inning.  Peyton Stahl's sac fly scored one run for Trojans.

Stahl led things off on the rubber for TK. Stahl went one inning, allowing no run on zero hits and striking out three.

#24 - R. Pratt started the game for Ottawa Hills. The pitcher surrendered 20 runs on 16 hits over three innings.

Thornapple Kellogg socked three home run on the day. VanStee went for the long ball in the first, second, and fourth innings.

TK collected 16 hits.  Carly Snyder, Maleah Bailey, VanStee, Natalie O’Riley, and Mo Sprague each racked up multiple hits for the Thornapple Kellogg Trojans .  VanStee, Bailey, and Snyder all had three hits to lead Thornapple Kellogg.  The Trojans didn't commit a single error in the field. Sophie Haveman had six chances in the field, the most on the team.

#4 - L. Broberg went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead Ottawa Hills in hits.
