Final Forms Registration is OPEN for 2022-23

Final Forms is the official registration program of TK Athletics for online forms, and data management services.   Final Forms allows you to register, complete and sign athletic participation forms, digitally upload the medical physical form, and submit payment for pay to participate for your student-athlete.   Final Form’s most valuable feature saves data from season to season and year to year, meaning you will never need to enter the same information twice.   As a time saver, Final Forms also pre-populates information wherever possible for each of your students.

After initial registration, you may review your data at any time to ensure information is current.

At the start of every school year, we require student-athletes and parents to sign your forms once per year and update all the required information.  This also allows our coaches and athletic department to contact everyone via email contact lists built into Final Forms.

NOTE:  All student-athletes and parents/guardians are required to have completed registration with Final Forms in order to participate in a tryout or practice on August 8th. Tryout/Practice information is available at TKTrojanAthletics.org

MHSAA SPORTS PHYSICALS FOR 2022-23 Sports Physicals 

For the 2022-23 school year, an MHSAA pre-participation sports physical is required for all students who participate in sports.  A physical examination must be completed on or after April 15, 2022 to be considered a valid physical for 2022-23. MHSAA physical forms are located on TKTrojanAthletics.org under the Files and Links section. Student-atheltes can contact Spectrum Health Pennock Occupational Medicine for an appointment if needed. The cost is $25.  Schedule at (269)-948-3102.

Pay to Participate

Students and parents are able to work off the pay-to-participate fees by volunteering to work at TK sporting events.   There are many opportunities to work at high school and middle school events including taking tickets, scorekeeping, announcing, and working in specific areas of track and field competitions.   Please contact the athletic office if interested in working at any events throughout the year.

Regular Season Admission Prices and Passes

High School Events:  $5/person (Kindergarten age through adult)

Middle School Events:  $3/adults;  $2/student; $5/family

Season Passes

Individual and Family season tickets are available for all regular season athletic events and they are good for the entire school year (Fall, Winter, and Spring sporting events).   The passes are good for all HOME high school and middle school regular season athletic contests.   The passes DO NOT permit admittance to AWAY events or MHSAA TOURNAMENTS.   Passes will be sold during athletic office hours and at home varsity football games.

$50 Student Pass -  Includes all regular HOME middle school and high school games for the 2022-23 school year.

$190 Family Pass - Includes two parents and students living in the home for regular HOME middle school and high school games for the 2022-23 school year.

$75 Adult Pass - Includes all regular HOME middle school and high school games for the 2022-23 school year.

FREE Golden Age Pass - To be eligible for a Golden Age Pass, you must be 60 years old, live in the TK District, and BE RETIRED.   These passes are free and can be picked up in the Athletic Office or Administration Building.  They can be used at any home high school or middle school game that is NOT an MHSAA tournament.   Many opposing districts honor these passes as well, but we cannot guarantee that.
