The TK Athletic Boosters Scholarship Application is available in a Google Doc or PDF format. Make a ‘copy’ of the document and complete the application and share the document with the athletic office at sjansma@tkschools.org. Be sure to check the box that notifies the athletic department that you shared it with us. You can also turn in a printed copy to the athletic office as well.   The due date for all applicants is March 26 at 2:30 p.m. Good luck to all the applicants!!
